The stadium is a unique work of modern architectural design that imparts a sense of movement like a flowing river and suggests even more a giant dragon occupying a corner of the world. It is also the first athletic stadium to use solar energy. Its rooftop solar panels will generate at least 1.1 million KwH of electricity per year.
